Data controller

SLE-FRANCE, which publishes the site (see the legal notice), is the controller of your data.

By email

What we collect

Your email address and password, for the account; the password is never stored in clear. The files you upload, to process them. The messages you write to us and their attachments, to answer them. What you send through the contact form (your name, your email address and your message), to reply to you by email. A technical log of operations, to help you if something goes wrong.

Why

Only to provide the service: analyse your files, produce the results and answer your messages.

How long

Uploaded files (dumps and vendor packages), results, the files extracted from a package and their list, and the machine's identity (serial, UUID, MAC address, Windows key) are erased 24 h after upload. Account data is kept while the account exists. An address entered at sign-in, at sign-up or in “Forgot password” that matches no account is erased 24 h after it was entered. A message sent through the contact form is forwarded by email to our contact mailbox, from which we reply; the site does not keep its text, and your name and address are erased from its log 24 h after sending. A closed conversation is erased, messages included, 365 days after it is closed; an open conversation is kept.

Your messages

The messages you write to us from your account and our replies stay in your space; a reply may also be sent to you by email. A closed conversation is erased, messages included, 365 days after it is closed; an open conversation is kept. An attachment (screenshot, PDF, log, ZIP) is removed 30 days after it is sent, an attached dump or other binary file 24 h after, like any dump; its name goes with it. When a message arrives, the publisher may be notified by an alert: it contains neither your address, nor the text, nor your job reference.

Security

Passwords are kept in an irreversible form, never in clear. Exchanges with the site are encrypted. Files do not stay: they are erased automatically 24 h after upload.

Cookies

Only those the site needs to work: your session, your language and your theme. No advertising cookie, no third-party audience measurement.

Recipients

No data is sold or transferred, and your files are only visible from your account. Only the providers the service needs process data, for that use alone.

• —The site's hosting provider, which stores the account and the files.
• —Cloudflare, the service that protects and speeds up the site: all traffic, files included, passes through it, encrypted between your browser and Cloudflare.
• —The email delivery provider, for account messages (welcome and confirmation of your address, password reset link, replies to your messages) and those of the contact form, forwarded to our mailbox.
• —Telegram, to notify the publisher that a message has arrived or that an account has been created: the alert carries no data about you.

Your rights

Logged in to your account, you can ask from the Contact page for access to your data, its correction or the deletion of the account. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
