What is a machine?
One uploaded dump: one or two chips from the same board.
Every operation on that dump for 24 h:
- Clear password
- Clear ME
- Disable soldered RAM
- Extract from the dump
- Carry the identity over to the EC
- BIOS rebuild
- Extract a manufacturer package
- The same dump uploaded again within 24 h stays the same machine.
- A manufacturer package on its own, without a dump, counts as one machine.
- If no operation succeeds, the machine does not count.

Coverage
Every dump is analysed: an operation is offered only when it applies.

- Intel, CSME 11 to 20.
- Clear password
- Dell, HP, ASUS / AMI, Acer / Insyde / Phoenix, Lenovo ThinkPad, Huawei / Honor
- Disable soldered RAM
- Intel and AMD, DDR4 and DDR5. A SO-DIMM stick must be installed.
- Two chips
- Dual BIOS, two-chip Dell Precision, two-chip HP AMD: upload both files.
What we do not do
- Clear ME on AMD: those platforms have no Intel ME.
- Reveal a password: it is erased, never read.
- Guarantee an internal flash: program the chip with a programmer.

What happens when my plan ends?
Nothing is charged. An e-mail reminds you 30 days before the end; you get another one if you want to.
What if I go over my plan?
Each extra machine costs your plan's overage price, from €1.49 to €0.69 excl. VAT, always less than a single machine (€1.99). Or move up a tier.
More than 90 machines per month?
Contact us: we build a custom plan.
My board has two chips?
It is a single machine: upload both files together.
I only have one dump to do?
